The 18kt white gold engraved mounting has  3 round brilliant diamonds set on each side of  the shank then several round brilliants down the shank, in addition to the diamonds that fully surround the center stone.  The mounting alone holds .62ct total.

Open pierced work, and hand engraving add to the detail and style of this ring.

This will hold a .80ct to 1.00ct Round brilliant.
