has a 14-day refunded return policy and a 30-day exchange
or store credit policy.
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for
any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused,
undamaged merchandise for a full refund of the item within
14 days of purchase or an in store credit within 30 days,
provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original
receipt, and all original tags remain affixed to the merchandise
(see Exclusions below).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns of merchandise purchased on this
web site require prior authorization.

Once you receive a Return Authorization Number
to place on the outside of your package, you may send the

You must insure the package for its full retail value and
return by Registered Mail or UPS 1st or 2nd day air.
Until the package is returned and received in our Customer
Service Office the customer is held responsible for the
merchandise. (Maxaria cannot be responsible for return merchandise
prior to our receipt.) Therefore for your protection we
suggest that you insure all parcels. No other mailed returns
can be accepted. This is to prevent loss or stolen merchandise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in
one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders
require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds
will take the form of a credit back to the same card used
to make the original purchase.
