Maxaria has a 14-day refunded return policy and a 30-day exchange or store credit policy.

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund of the item within 14 days of purchase or an in store credit within 30 days, provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt, and all original tags remain affixed to the merchandise (see Exclusions below).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns of merchandise purchased on this web site require prior authorization.
Please call 1- (877) 547-6990 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Once you receive a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of your package, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

(With out this number you package will not be received)

You must insure the package for its full retail value and return by Registered Mail or UPS 1st or 2nd day air.

Until the package is returned and received in our Customer Service Office the customer is held responsible for the merchandise. (Maxaria cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt.) Therefore for your protection we suggest that you insure all parcels. No other mailed returns can be accepted. This is to prevent loss or stolen merchandise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

 

Refunds and exchanges DO NOT apply to Special Ordered Items. Special Orders are any item that has been altered in any way, ring sizing, settings, engraved or custom ordered item that was not in the current stock. If you are unsatisfied with the item that has been altered and wish a return or credit you must contact us and you will be charged a restocking fee depending on the amount of work that has been done to the item.

Any item that shows ware and or damage due to wear cannot receive a refund or credit. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returned items after the 30days.

 

We will repair damaged merchandise. If you have a repair, please contact customer service at
1-(877) 547-6990, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Then please use the included return shipping slip to send the damaged item to us.
